- FFFallAway5 days ago1.0Went into get a toastie , item was not available said can make it for you but it takes about 5 minutes - 15 minutes later nothing so asked how long it’s going to take they said another 5 minutes - 25 minutes later so Toastie is ready manager Sakshi didn’t even apologise or compensate for the long wait which is disgraceful and had the guts to say Hey your food is here take it and go .. this is no way to treat a paying customer . HO needs to pull in an investigation to this behaviour as a customers were paying their salary but expecting this kind of behaviour from a store manager .. I’ll be taking this further

In particular, Sakshi, who is the manager, was extremely rude and unhelpful when dealing with customers. As a manager, she should be setting a standard for good customer service, but instead, she made the experience terrible. I hope management addresses this attitude problem promptly.

We’ve been donating unsold food for a long time. Originally our bakeries would team up with large charities who would help distribute it to smaller organisations.
This process remains in place, though we’ve also worked hard to increase the amount of unsold food donated by our shops and we currently support a network of 1,077 local good causes.
In 2022, we redistributed 1,800 tonnes of unsold food through our Outlet shops. A share of the profits from the outlets, totalling £450,000, was then donated back into the communities we serve.
