  I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience. First, I received a promotional leaflet offering both delivery and collection, but when I tried to order online, delivery was unavailable. This felt misleading. Furthermore, the quality of the food fell far short of expectations. I ordered the Goats Cheese Pesto Pizza, but it had almost no flavor and barely any goats cheese (only 2%), while the base sauce was unpleasantly sour. Because of the collection issues, the pizza was also cold by the time I got it home and required reheating. Given this experience and misleading advertising, I am seriously considering taking my business to Pizza Hut in the future. I hope you can address these quality and website issues.

  Absolutely disgusting customer service. Avoid this place! I ordered a pizza through Uber Eats and waited ONE WHOLE HOUR for my order. When we finally called the store to ask what was going on, the man on the phone had the audacity to say, “I don’t have a pizza for you.” EXCUSE ME?! Then why are customers waiting an entire hour for an order? The customer service was absolutely HORRIBLE. The man was extremely rude, completely unprofessional, and clearly has no idea how to speak to customers. Every time we tried to get an explanation, he kept hanging up the phone on us before we could even finish the conversation. We couldn’t even get a proper answer out of him. This is absolutely unacceptable. Customers are spending their hard-earned money here and deserve at least basic respect and communication. If you cannot fulfil an order, the bare minimum is to explain the situation politely instead of hanging up on people like they are nothing. An absolute joke of a service. One hour wasted, terrible communication, and an employee who clearly needs training in basic customer service. After this experience, I would not recommend this Domino’s to anyone. I certainly won’t be ordering from here again. AVOID. There are plenty of other places that deserve your money more than this one.

  I didn't order from Domino’s Belmont, yet a driver tried to deliver pizza to my house under someone else's name. Since I was out, it was left at my neighbor's, who had to call me about it. Poor delivery handling.

  Rudra was amazing with his service! Was so efficient and kind on the desk! Would definitely recommend dominoes in Belmont to a friend !
