  Disgusting service. Couriers are late on purpose. They will sit in the park before delivering a cold pizza. You can see them standing still on the uber eats app. And they will lie to you when they finally bring the dam pizza! Call them up only to find another one talking nonsense to you on the phone. Avoid this place at all cost!

  We’ve been regular customers for years, but our last two orders have been a complete disaster. The first order never arrived. The restaurant turned their phone off, and when we spoke to them the next day, they promised us a refund. We’re still waiting for that. Despite this, we gave them another chance last night because we’ve always been regulars. Our order was updating on the website, but after waiting over an hour we called and were told there were no drivers. Despite them saying there were no drivers they didn’t offer to cancel or even suggest collection, they wouldn’t even have contacted us to let us know if we hadn’t called. We asked to cancel the order, but they refused and said we’d have to collect it ourselves, even though we’d paid for delivery. The restaurant is a 25s away, and when we got there they hadn’t even made us a fresh pizza. Now they’re refusing to refund either order. It’s really disappointing to be treated like this after years of being loyal customers. Sadly, after our last two experiences, we won’t be ordering from here again. The staff are rude and robbing people. Order anywhere else but here!!!!!!
