Every time I am here I ask to pay with cash at the front, the employees tell me to use the machine to pay for my order and that I should press the “cash” option at the end. I inform them that this does not work because there is no option to pay with cash when ordering an offer from the app but clearly they are unaware of this since they still insist that I use the machine. I then have to demonstrate that it doesn’t work for them to finally take my order. I don’t understand what is the issue with them handling my order in the first place.
