  How dare you call my little daughter a thief? A lady at checkout refused to give my child a bag saying we didn't scan the last two bags, excuse you there is a option to add the bags quantity at the end. We get £200 worth of shopping every couple of weeks and everytime some kind of dramas are created by the staff. Fuss about a shitty little bag you know. TESCO YOU'RE GETTING CHEAPER WITH YOUR CHEAP MENTALITY. Now my 8 years old daughter is heart broken 💔 coz of you.

  I am writing this review out of pure frustration and profound disappointment regarding the utterly disgraceful customer service I experienced from an Manger Anca at this Costa Coffee branch. To say that my visit was ruined would be an absolute understatement; it was, without a doubt, the single worst customer service experience I have ever encountered in any establishment, let alone a well-known chain like Costa. From the very second I stepped up to the counter, the level of unprofessionalism, hostility, and sheer disrespect displayed by Anca was completely staggering. There was no greeting, no eye contact, and certainly no basic human courtesy. Instead, she radiated an aura of pure contempt and arrogance, making it glaringly obvious that she looked down on customers and viewed her actual job as an unbearable burden. Her body language was aggressive, dismissive, and dripping with passive-aggressiveness from start to finish. When I placed my order, it was handled with an appalling lack of care, hygiene standards, and basic competence. It took an unjustifiably long time while she engaged in casual, loud chatter with her colleagues, completely ignoring the waiting customers who were standing right in front of her. When I politely asked a simple question regarding my order and whether it could be prepared correctly, Anca snapped back with a hostile, sarcastic, and utterly unacceptable attitude. She raised her voice, rolled her eyes, and treated me with a degree of condescension that left me utterly shocked. It was corporate bullying and pure insolence disguised as 'customer service.' Such toxic behavior completely destroys the atmosphere of what should be a welcoming coffee shop. A brand name like Costa spends years building a reputation for warmth and quality, only for it to be completely dragged through the mud by employees like Anca who clearly possess zero work ethic, zero emotional intelligence, and zero respect for the public paying their salaries. Management needs to launch an immediate and serious investigation into this branch's staffing and service standards. Employees like Anca have no business working in customer-facing roles, as they inflict direct damage on the business's image. I will never step foot in this branch again, and I am actively warning everyone I know to avoid it entirely unless drastic personnel changes are made. Absolute zero stars out of five if Google allowed it."

  The bald white guy in the self checkout watches you like a hawk makes me feel very uncomfortable especially invading my personal space. The convenience of this Tesco is the reason I shop but this particular colleague makes it very uncomfortable and I hate my experience. I hope the Tesco managers read their reviews and take this seriously because personally I wouldn't have him customer facing.

  As a local, this has been my main grocery shop until recently, for months become more disorganised day by day, and recently it quite messy, hard to find items, and many shoppers seem confused. The layout with the boards and shelves keeps changing, and some days there is a member of staff with a HELP sign trying to assist. Could you please escalate this and consider sending a designer and a new manager to sort it out?

  Someone with a vendetta against basic store layout decided to redesign the entire place. After several months of chaos, just dumping everything onto one giant pile would be an improvement. Who ever is in charge of this, please have mercy and let some else have a go.
