  On google it shows the store is open still 12.00 midnight but when I went @23.10 On Tue 3 Aug they said the store is closed . Seriously you guys need to update the timing online .

  It says open until Midnight on Google and the big sign outside, but it closes at 10pm! seems to be ongoing.

  Staff suspicious like hawks most times when I visit in my work gear, when I wear a shirt and look arguably more civil totally different attitude. Today security blocked my path and demanded a bag search, but could not give reason why. Repeated that I had or open my bag and refused to give me a feedback channel to highlight the process may not be within the powers of a security guard. A bag search is voluntary affair, and given this turned into a straw that broke the camel's back I wasn't going to do anything volunteerily without a justifiable reason. Guess we avoid this store going forward.

  Went shopping last week to find abandoned Trolleys the packets use to fill the shelves. Aisle blocked by baskets of food products not wide enough for a mobility scooter or buggy to get through. Spoke to duty manager he apologised and promised he would get them moved. Today I returned to find even more aisles blocked with abandoned trolleys, baskets even the cleaner had left her cleaning trolley right in the middle of an aisle. I asked a customer in a mobility scooter how she felt , she felt the same. I complained agsin to another duty manager, its simple Health and Safety all Managers and staff need to ve retrained! Appalling didnt take pictures of every aisle too hot today. Next week I will! Even worse this week abandoned crates over loaded which is a safety hazard no staff to speak to. Spoke to assistant on floor totally ignored what I had mentioned. are store staff causing a health and safety hazard when they're packing crates to feel shells while the shop is open with shoppers trying to get through the Isles +10 Store staff packing crates on the shop floor can easily become a health and safety hazard.
