  Went shopping last week to find abandoned Trolleys the packets use to fill the shelves. Aisle blocked by baskets of food products not wide enough for a mobility scooter or buggy to get through. Spoke to duty manager he apologised and promised he would get them moved. Today I returned to find even more aisles blocked with abandoned trolleys, baskets even the cleaner had left her cleaning trolley right in the middle of an aisle. I asked a customer in a mobility scooter how she felt , she felt the same. I complained agsin to another duty manager, its simple Health and Safety all Managers and staff need to ve retrained! Appalling didnt take pictures of every aisle too hot today. Next week I will!

  I would strongly advise caution when purchasing gift cards from this store. I bought one as a gift for a friend, but when they tried to use it, the PIN had already been tampered with and the balance had been spent by someone else. While I understand that incidents like this can happen, I was disappointed by the store's response. Staff seemed reluctant to log a complaint or investigate the issue further. At the very least, I would have expected them to record the complaint and check their inventory to help protect other customers. Unfortunately, this was a very poor experience. 0 stars.
