  Its like its short on staff or something. Elderly people with baskets filled up to the top with items are lining up where the cigarettes and the lottery tickets are, leaving a cue behind which is reaching the moving doors of the store which is extremely annoying! You want a pack of cigarettes, you need to wait half an hour cause there are 3 people in front of you with baskets filled up to the top with different items and it gets even "better" when their kids are running around the cue without control. People with baskets should use the checkouts or self-checkouts inside the store and leave the cigarettes area free for people who wanna buy cigarettes. It seems like the system this store is using don't work and they need to do something about it. I've witnessed a woman around 60 year old paid for two items with coins of 1p and 2p. There was a cue of 10 people behind her and it took forever to count them. Also people are using discount cards there but they should be using them inside the store where checkouts are but they're often not working. Never been in such annoying store. Its a total chaos and people get frustrated waiting for pack of cigarettes or a lottery ticket on the cue for half an hour or even more! This is NOT the place to scan and buy cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, milk, etc. They need to fix this issue!
