  Disgusting service. We came in and no one was behind the counter. I called out and a woman shouted from the back, but did not come out. I called again and she just shouted from the back again. The woman finally came out and was not in a good mood. We wanted the Toy Story 5 pizza and she shouted they only had size small. I asked what the Pizzas were and she said she didn't know. I asked to order them, she went on the till and said she couldn't order them. The woman then shouted you will have to order on your app and walked out to the back again. We then left the store and went somewhere else. We won't be coming back to this store, the woman clearly doesn't like her job and I suggest she leaves and let's someone else have her job who appreciates it more. Papa John's management of this store should be ashamed of themselves for allowing workers like this in the store.

  i mean, the photo speaks for itself. very poor and customer service so unhelpful even after weeks of back and forth where i simply wanted a refund of the delivery charge and a £3.99 pizza. a billion dollar company cant be that desperate to screw over regular people trying to feed their families that they argue over 6 quid?

  Avoid, avoid, avoid! More than half of my order was wrong and the food came cold. Called in and first they said they couldn't see my order then after more prompting, they eventually found it then the manager started shouting at me saying I should have called on the day and she’s not going to do anything (which I did but there was no answer). Spent over £30 and was a regular customer, never ordering from here again. If you don't have items a simple call would have sorted the situation.
