  Horrid experience, got my parcels delivered here. Went in to collect them after my trip to the pharmacy, I am disabled and in pain and the guy made me look through the huge delivery boxes by myself.... When I asked for help, he refused it and said I had to look through it. No help at all, also kept denying that I had 3 parcels to collect and said there were only 2 since only 2 showed up on the device. Even tho I told him I had the email for all 3. In the end I found all 3, my pain has flared up even more now thanks to this debacle. I will not be getting my parcels delivered here again. So disappointing and rude...

  I’m really disappointed! I went here to drop off and Evri and Relay parcel and now I’ve lost out of a lot of money. My Evri parcel made it to the customer however the Relay one has gone missing. The customer has however received the correct label which means that it must have been the shopkeeper’s fault for putting my label on another parcel. I now have no way of knowing where the one I sent is and will lose both the product and money. The man who served me was very sharp, rude and impatient! It is likely that he is the one who messed up my parcel.
