  Hi I order 2 pizzas from them when I order I tell her I need 1 pizza spice and 1 non spicy and I will take out the tomato and put red chilli I said okay but after they deliver the pizza driver is soo good and after call her I said it’s spicy she keep saying I can’t hear you I can’t not hear you and they don’t want listen to costumer witch soo wrong and I give to delivery guy tips to but after that everything is gone wrong soo make sure guys who ever is going to order think twice

  I would like to make a complaint about my experience at your restaurant on Sunday evening at around 9:00 PM. I ordered a pizza by phone and was told to come after 10–15 minutes for collection. I arrived at the restaurant within the advised time, but the staff members were busy chatting amongst themselves. They were speaking very loudly and did not acknowledge me even though I was standing there waiting for around five minutes. When one of the ladies eventually came over, I politely told her that I was there to collect my order. However, her attitude towards me was very unpleasant. She was giving me a rude look and exchanging what appeared to be a very disrespectful look with her colleague. I then asked whether my pizza was ready, only to be told that I would still have to wait another 10 minutes. I completely understand that restaurants can get busy, especially on a Sunday evening, but the way I was treated was unacceptable. If customers are told to arrive after 10–15 minutes for collection, I expect the order to be reasonably close to ready, or at least for the staff to communicate politely if there is a delay. The staff’s attitude, lack of acknowledgement and unprofessional behaviour made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome as a customer. I hope you will take this complaint seriously and address the issue with the staff so other customers do not have the same experience. I would appreciate an explanation and would like to know what action will be taken regarding this incident.

  Ordered a margherita with sweetcorn and mushrooms. Sent a pizza that looks like it got served at a kids birthday party.
