  Ordered our pizza via the website from the branch in Bedfont. We were very disappointed. It arrived stone cold after a 1 hour wait. Definitely wasn't worth waiting for. It looked very dry and unappealing. This is definitely not what we're expecting 😞

  Absolutely awful service. Ordered and the food finally arrived freezing cold after two hours and after constant delays and excuses from the store. Every time I called I was told something different about where the driver was. Asked to speak to the manager and was told he had “gone home”. What a surprise not. Genuinely one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Head Office should be embarrassed this franchise is operating under their brand.

  Overcharged by £6 for two large pizzas. I was quoted £24 for two large pizzas, despite the same offer being advertised inside the branch for £18. The pricing is unclear and misleading, with different prices online, in store and over the phone. Customers should not be charged more than the price displayed in the branch. Avoid this branch unless the pricing is made clear and consistent.

  I didn't have high expectations when I ordered food here, which turned out to be true when the food arrived and I tried it. I ordered Halloumi sticks, which did not taste like Halloumi, but just like a tasteless cheese. Furthermore I had a vegetarian pizza with onions, mushrooms, tomatoes and green peppers. I couldn't enjoy the pizza because the taste was bland and unseasoned, and the dough tasted like dry, ready-made dough. I have no reason to reorder. Only the packaging of the food was exemplary.
