  Sent me the wrong items and refused to refund me. They offered to send out the missing items but said it would take up to an hour and didn’t care that my food would be cold due to the wait.

  Placed an order through the app at about 12:30am , ordered vegetarian items for my nephews, dont know how they added bacon to the order. The staff were not even apologetic. Never going to this particular outlet again.

  Underwhelming. Ordered a new sourdough pizza.. what you get is NOTHING like the picture online. It’s not puffy and is basically tomato puree smothered on a thin base that has no flavour to it. To make it worse, hardly any cheese at all! Highly disappointed with the stingy portions of the extra toppings on the occasion too. I always find myself giving papa johns another chance over the other main competitor but think if this is the standard I’d rather spend a bit more for the quality. Delivery was also 1 hour 10. Avoid.
