  Worst service ever. Waited 35 minutes for 2 burger meals. We ordered it for table service and they still made us come collect it after 40 minutes. Awful service from Celia fernandez the assistant manager, didn’t deal with any situations/ complaints from other customers too facing the same problem. Dealt with this same issue last time too.

  Staff need to understand what's loyalty points every time I go there they are confuse with there own promotion and apps

  The food only has 4 stars because it’s burger king at the end of the day so always tastes good but the rest is a joke. We placed a pick up order and arrived ten minutes later in the drive thru and we had to wait another 30 minutes while our baby was screaming in the car so we rushed home to sort her out then realised our food was stone cold. The staff move like tortoises and just don’t care. Never going back

  I placed a drive thru order on the App for me and my partner and after arriving 10-15mins later to collect the food it was not ready and I had to wait a further 30mins in the drive thru as well as other motorists. Staff were not cooperative at all and there was no communication between members of staff and the people waiting in drive thru. One staff member laughed and smirked when asked how long it will take! To top it off, half of the food was cold! This is completely unacceptable and judging from other reviews, corporate need to crack down on this particular Burger King location and manage it better considering it’s in prime location and the current members of staff are ruining it’s reputation.

  The place looks very nice and is clean but the quality of food isn’t great. They forgot about our order and left it on the side so it was cold by the time it got to us. No apology and kids meal wasnt in the kids box, then they wanted to charge us an extra £0.40 for one sachet of mayo
