  Still waiting for my refund - it’s been over a month.

  2 pizzas which cost me £30. One was received fully intact, the other was received as if it had been dropped and scraped back into the box. After a very long an emotionally gruelling day, this was the last thing I anticipated from a favourite Pizza takeaway. I called the store immediately and explained my dissapointment and frustration and asked for an immediate replacement. The friendly call handler Zane handled my complaint very well and professionally ensured a fresh one would be sent to me ASAP. However this cost a further 20 mins wait to my evening and my whole eating experience was ruined. May I strongly suggest a look into your delivery service. They are letting you down big time.

  I placed an order for 2 sides and I am still waiting for the order it has been 28 minutes. The two ladies working tonight are busy talking and sharing personal stories, which is none of my business but what’s truly annoying is thay the customer who came after me got his pizza before me. This is absolutely annoying and unprofessional. I just asked them how much more long it will take, I can still hear them gossip about their personal issues and they have now asked me to wait another 5 minutes. I came at 2:30am and left at 3:10am ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC

  Ordered donuts and cinnamon sticks. Had to wait 20 minutes before we got our order. Donuts were frozen when we got them??? Order machine didn’t work. Employee refused to take orders herself, just ignores you until you leave. It was an…exhilarating experience. Had a good laugh though because of this absurd situation.
