  The entire company is a mess. There are constantly issues with orders. They advertise items online that they don’t actually have and think it’s OK to just accept your order and put whatever THEY want on the pizza. They also took my money once and nothing happened for three hours. They said my order wasn’t on their system but I got charged for it. Then, at 1 am! The system said that my order was ready to be collected. The staff are nice, they said that this is an IT issue and I respect that, but I have no IT experience and would probs do a better job tbh. Also - Trying to get a refund for something you paid for but they didn’t have is a very painful procedure…. I had to ask six times. Best to just dispute with the bank. They’ve lost a loyal customer. It’s a shame but the constant issues are just not worth all this.

  Ordered around 10 pizzas from here from an event and they only delivered 9, had to reorder an extra pizza, and no refund in sight despite speaking to them on the phone. Don’t order from here
