  Main hostess was not great. Did not engage or ask about my order and wait me wait for 30 mins for a collection. Another employee came and told me it was ready a while back. Restaurant was 50% busy. Not great from a service perspective. Walked past me a couple of times as well without engaging

  Some of the Food is tasteless, it comes our at different times, just not worth it anymore, used to actually be nice food. You pay £15 for noodles which have like 5 pieces of meat in it

  Waited over 25 minutes for someone to come and take our order and that was after we had to ask to order. Restaurant was empty so not as if everyone was over worked. Food was dry, bland with zero taste. So disappointing would definitely not return

  "New improved recipe, fluffier, bigger" they said. Sticky, flacky and moist. Don't try the lychee sangria, so bitter could not finish it. Cocktails are heavily diluted. Disappointed 😞

  Very worst service i never ever felt in my life. We had a lot restaurant this is the very bad and unsatisfied customer serive in this store. Our ordered food was came very very late. Our table service person not in good mood his face was soo rude and not even stand and listen what we tell. At last finally we ordered one drink for takeaway but he bring in glass and put in table just went .. too rude and worst worst worst. We paid more than £100. Paid our money but very worst service.
