  Found all packaging thrown on the floor for customers to trip over, cages blocking isles full on, floor staff acting like they are literally in a zoo. Got to self checkout, member of staff aggressively shoved my trolley out of the way just for her to stand where it was, even though it was positioned in the trolley space, vile attitude towards other customers. First time I'd been there in a few years and it has been destroyed by these vile creatures... What on earth has happened?

  So as a regular customer at the age of 31 I was surprised to be asked for ID by "ISA" Even though I am visibly above 25. I have worked in pubs so I am well aware if ID requirements and anyone with more brain cells than their shoe size can tell I'm of age. This Same person proceeded to let five other people buy gambling cards, tabbacco and vapes without batting an eyelid. Spoke to duty manager but not happy with the resolution to this discrimination for whatever reason. If you can't be bothered to have capable staff at cigarette tills I'll be making my way to Morrisons instead.

  What a fantastic visit today. T the security man bought the disabled buggy to me (very polite). Gorlistan I think that was her name. the girl at the self service checkout packed my bags (very caring) my visit was simply amazing I was there between 11-12 morning. Message to the manager the staff are a credit to you.i am disabled just want to say a very big thankyou
