  As a loyal local customer for 14 years, I appreciate that most of the staff here are very friendly. However, the current maintenance issues are highly frustrating. The main freezer has been broken for three months over the summer, and the bakery machine has been out of order for several weeks. This has wiped out all the frozen items and pastries I regularly buy. The turnaround time for repairs is very poor. On top of that, non-Clubcard prices feel exceptionally high, though that might be a wider Tesco Express policy.

  Freezers haven't been working for months so no frozen items, often sold out of essential goods, not the best selection and a lot of the prices are extortionate. Staff seem to be doing their best, no complaints about them.

  Very disappointing experience at Tesco Express. My daughter bought a pack of ice cream and opened it while still in the shop to eat it. The ice cream was extremely soft, as if it had not been stored properly or the freezer was not working correctly. Since the product was clearly not in a good condition, she immediately asked for a refund while still in the store. To our surprise, the manager refused and said it was “not their problem” and told her to go home and put the ice cream in the freezer. Very poor customer service and an unprofessional attitude. We found the response rude and dismissive. I would not recommend buying ice cream from this Tesco, as frozen products may not be stored properly, and customer care seems to be lacking.

  It’s nice has lots of good items like sweets if you’re a kid lots of vegetables meats and things like that for cooking. I think there is a lot more things like sweets fizzy drinks and ice creams for kids not many things for cooking but prices are high
