- TOTomasz OlszewskiSep 18, 20261.0Absolutely awful experience with Favorite Chicken & Ribs Enfield Lancaster Road. The food arrived cold, and the order was missing basic items: no ketchup, no mayonnaise, no salt and no fork. For an order costing over £15 including delivery and fees, this was completely unacceptable and absolutely not worth the money. The delivery driver was not the problem at all. He delivered the order properly and even arrived early, so this was clearly an issue with the restaurant and how the food was prepared and checked before being sent out. When you pay full price for a takeaway, the absolute minimum you expect is hot food and a complete order. Instead, the food was cold and the order felt careless, rushed and poorly checked. This is not the level of service customers should receive when they are paying these prices. Very disappointing. I would not order from this branch again and, based on this experience, I cannot recommend it to anyone. If you are considering ordering from here, I would seriously think twice.
- MLMatteo L.Sep 8, 20261.0Poor quality chicken, was rubbery and not crunchy at all, ordered wings and chips and barely any sauce is given to you. Had to throw half of it away, as i really did not like it. Will not be returning here.
- JWJoan WallaceAug 11, 20261.0The worst chicken I have ever eaten from a Favorite Chicken shop in my life. The chickens must have been dead for 10 years and sat in this shop’s oven for another year the meat was so “tough” - avoid at all costs or eat at your peril!!!

What meat are your BBQ ribs?

The ‘Favorite Chicken’ stores do not sell ribs and is an option available to franchisees who do not want to sell our approved pork ribs. Our chicken is from a halal supplier but as we sell pork ribs within the business, we do not claim to be a halal brand.
Are you a kosher or halal brand?
