  The worst chicken I have ever eaten from a Favorite Chicken shop in my life. The chickens must have been dead for 10 years and sat in this shop’s oven for another year the meat was so “tough” - avoid at all costs or eat at your peril!!!

  AVOID. They give you the dry chicken. I used to go here all the time but not anymore as now they'll serve anything just to take your money

  Excellent food, excellent service, and an excellent atmosphere. I visited today to grab something to eat and was served by a lovely lady who went above and beyond. She didn’t just take my order—she helped me decide what to have, explained the meal options, and even recommended adding a few extra wings since I was hungry. Every suggestion she made turned out to be the right one. It’s rare these days to meet someone who genuinely cares about giving customers a great experience rather than just taking an order. The restaurant was spotless, organised, and welcoming. I later found out she was the manager, which says a lot about how the place is run. A big thank you to her. She’s a fantastic manager, a great ambassador for the business, and someone who truly deserves recognition.

  I stopped by earlier today to grab some food and had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. The lady who served me was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful. She took the time to help me choose my meal, recommended making it a meal for better value, and even suggested adding a few extra wings since I mentioned I was hungry. She wasn’t trying to upsell me—it genuinely felt like she wanted to make sure I left happy, and she was absolutely right! The shop itself was also spotlessly clean and well organised, which made the experience even better. Later, I found out she was the manager, and it all made sense. She clearly leads by example. Outstanding customer service like this is rare these days. She deserves real recognition—and if anyone deserves a pay rise, it’s her. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!
