- MSMo StarkeApr 6, 20261.0It used to be alright, but since it got new workers in over the last year it's seriously gone down hill. So many times I've been waiting about to be served and the staff clearly see me but just carry on dawdling about like it isn't their job to serve people. Honestly the only one who has been great there over the last 5 years has been that younger Turkish lad who always been so friendly and helpful and I hope one day he can be manager as he runs the show a lot better than the others who are down right incompetent and put me off coming.

- IIilaydaAug 2, 20241.0Please keep people away from this branch! They do not update the prices of items regularly. This has happened to me three times in the last few weeks. What happens next, you ask? When you go to the till, you are surprised with a different amount than the displayed prices. And when you try to seek your rights, what happens next? People in the queues start humming (as only one cashier is working every time with long queues) when I seek my rights, and the cashier tries to resell the item to me. Please check your change and bills to make sure that you are charged the correct price. Store manager, please train your staff to give receipts to customers at all times or hire a new employee who can at least update the price labels regularly and serve at the till. No one has to spend their hard earnings on hidden prices! I hope you can take customer feedback into account for improvement. Thank you.
