  Terrible customer service, they took an order but couldn't deliver it and refused to refund it. Never using them again.

  Wow....more then heaven. I never had that type of pizza ever in my entire life. Who made it broo... love it. Everything perfect trust me taste was like in peakkkk..... order it. Taste I. Trust me worth it and you'll love it.

  I placed an online order at this branch at 7:58am on 10th July. This food was for a wake later on in the day. I turned up at 11:27 as I ordered the food for 11:30am to take with me. I turned up the one female worker on her own had no record of my order. I showed her the email receipt proof of payment and all of the details which were correct. She said nothing she could do. I asked her to call a manager who could do nothing either. I asked for a number for head office. This couldn’t be provided. I spent £85 the first time. I then had to reorder and repay for all of the food which some how now came out at £88. I am absolutely fuming with the lack of accountability and helpfulness at this branch. The food when it did come was of a poor standard. I still have not been refunded for my first order and am being told I need to wait 5-7 working days to even be contacted back. Very very poor from a household name, we truly expected better.

  Loki at Papa Johns is a real credit to the team. Every time I’ve ordered, the pizzas have been spot on—always fresh, well-made, and consistently good quality. On top of that, his customer service is excellent; he’s polite, helpful, and genuinely cares about the customer experience. Great service every time. Keep it up!

  Terrible experience. I ordered and the delivery driver delivered to the wrong address. They further updated me that the driver is revisiting the wrong address to pick up my order which in itself is a health and safety issue. Once I had received the order two slices were missing. Once this occasion it’s a children’s birthday party and keen to get a slice of pizza. I called the branch advising of the half eaten pizza and they advised they will redeliver another pizza after much convincing and the staff member not understanding what I am trying to communicate. I then get a phone call from the driver saying he is unable to replace the order as the loss “comes out his pocket”. Seriously Papa Johns, you really need to work on customer satisfaction and retention as frankly this is well out of line. Regards.
