Very disappointing experience at Domino’s Pizza in Edgware. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful, especially when taking my order over the phone. The attitude and way they spoke to me were completely unacceptable for a customer service business. I was also very concerned to see food being prepared without gloves, which raised serious concerns about hygiene and food handling. Overall, the customer service was poor and the experience was extremely disappointing. I would expect much better standards from a well-known company like Domino’s. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses both the staff behaviour and food hygiene practices.
