  Really enjoyed our visit to Five Guys! Great customer service from Anton and Pritkumar. The food was fresh, hot and really tasty, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Great service, generous portions and everything came out quickly.

  Great place for fast food i like a lot five guys, hamburguers on point, free peanuts, and extra fries for everyone, only thing that fell strange was The refeal some of them tasted weird, but the Cocke was amazing and the milkshakes very delicous too.

  Placed an online order whilst walking to the store so I could collect it. Waited 10 minutes and went over to ask them how much longer and they hadn’t even started the order. It wasn’t that busy as well. The guy making milkshakes was working as slow as he possibly could. Had to wait additional 15 minutes after. To add on this order was poorly packaged and sauces leaked all over my white top and trousers! Edit: fries were really soggy, not like how five guys fries usually are. Food quality was not great at all. Wasted £50!

  Bought a veggie sandwich without cheese but apparently you get peppers, onions, mushrooms, lettuce and free toppings which I ordered. All I got on my veggie sandwich was a slice of tomato and mushrooms with fried onion minus my free toppings for £7.50. Loved my loaded fries but very disappointed by my veggie sandwich.

The milkshake was absolutely delicious—rich, creamy, and one of the best I've had. The restaurant was clean, the staff were friendly, and the service was quick.
