- SMSam MeadeJun 25, 20261.0Ordered via the app and it came from this hub. I live no more than 10 min drive away in a car. The driver left and 50 mins later arrived. Baring in mind he was on a motorcycle so should have been a little quicker. I tracked him on the app and it looks like he had a few orders to deliver before ours. When he arrived the bag was wet through and dripping. I opened it in front of mine and 1 drink had completely emptied. His response was “well two drinks are ok” the food was stone cold and not to mention wet. When contacting uber they said it arrived in and acceptable time and would be receiving no refund. Be warned - I’m sure they will have in their policy a large time frame. So they can lumber 1 driver with multiple orders leaving your food cold at the end. Very disappointed. Avoid uber and avoid this McDonald’s. It’s not the 1st time either.
