The burgers came damaged, missing top buns and looking completely unacceptable on arrival. On top of that, there was also a bone/object found in one of the bags. Instead of properly dealing with the issue, support kept sending automated responses and completely ignored the actual condition of the order shown in the photos. There was no real attempt to resolve the problem or show basic understanding toward the customer. The whole experience felt unprofessional, careless and disrespectful. I paid for proper food, not a ruined order thrown together with no quality control. Very poor service and extremely disappointing handling of the situation.
