Always asked if I wamt chocolate on my cappuccinos and their surprise bags through food so good age also delicious. I don't know all of the staff moments names but I want the franchise manager/area manager to know that your team are a credit to you at heathway greggs. All of them deserve a healthy pay rise, Birthday bonuses and a massive Christmas food up. Credit to Jazz, Billie, and all of you apologies I have forgotten some of your names but this goes out to all of you. Great work 👏

We’ve been donating unsold food for a long time. Originally our bakeries would team up with large charities who would help distribute it to smaller organisations.
This process remains in place, though we’ve also worked hard to increase the amount of unsold food donated by our shops and we currently support a network of 1,077 local good causes.
In 2022, we redistributed 1,800 tonnes of unsold food through our Outlet shops. A share of the profits from the outlets, totalling £450,000, was then donated back into the communities we serve.
