- KKKiB KaMRuL5 days ago1.0Arrived at 10:52 PM on 10 October to find the doors locked, despite a published closing time of 11:00 PM. Not the first time. team leader on duty Hafizur, his behaviour was nothing short of appalling. Instead of de-escalating the situation or showing a shred of professionalism, he was aggressive, arrogant, and dismissive. He showed a complete lack of basic customer service skills and zero respect for paying customers?. When I asked for his name so I could formally report the issue, he sneered and answered with an astonishing level of contempt and entitlement—behaving as if he owned the store himself? A Team Leader should set the standard for courtesy, composure, and respect. Instead, Hafizur displayed complete disregard for customer satisfaction, basic manners, and corporate rules?

I approached a male member of staff who appears to be a supervisor, I asked where I could find a product and even showed him a photo to make it easier. Instead of listening or helping, he simply walked away and carried on stocking the shelves while I was still speaking to him. I found this incredibly rude and dismissive. Both male members of staff I encountered today lacked basic customer service skills. Customers should be treated with respect and given assistance when they ask for help. Co-op really needs to invest in better customer service training and employ staff who are willing to help customers rather than ignore them.
