  Every night they close over 5 minutes early. Not letting anyone in or even at the door. All the security and workers hide for 5 minutes then come out at 21:58 saying it’s too late. It takes 1 minute to pick a bottle of water up and pay at the checkout.

  I queried whether an item was scanning at correct price, person was hostile, I explained that was illegal, they should check, they didnt, as I left guard shouted after me, 3x "I would have thrown you out if I'd seen the dog" he was 6ft+ and angry, I'm 5ft with a chiwowa in a baby sling tucked in my coat. He's my esd, I have the best id for him, I felt really threatened I'd done nothing wrong apart from queried a price... no receipt, self scan and I wanted one, fled cos atmosphere was hostile. I know time etc if Tescos management interested in following up on this. I ran Safeways, was grateful is a member of public told me an item was scanning incorrectly. Sad about experience 260325 (6 days later) no reply from Tescos, guess they do not care! I walked past recently, noticed the guard boredly staring at the girls walking by, how can he aprehend if he isnt watching customers, thought they had to see a lifter? I will not be spending my money there again
