  Store is completely out of order , had 5-10 minutes left to be closed didn’t let me in and walked past me while i was trying to get their attention this was Tuesday 27/01/2026. A black man and an asian man were working and ignored me entirely now my children have nothing to eat because of their nasty attitude i advise do not come to this store as the standard has completely fallen off a cliff and today was where i had enough. IT has been multiple times they close early and do not serve customers when the store closes at 00:00 i am completely disappointed as this is my local and i’ll be taking my business elsewhere as the staff have done this on more than one occasion i advise you do the same…

  Most of the staff are friendly and approachable, it's a shame the staffing has been reduced as it feels at times that the staff are expected to do so much more. Yet the store is always clean and if product is in stock shelves are neatly faced up. I rarely see it disorganised. Only complaint would be that whenever the store manager is on till she is constantly on the phone. Only member of the team I've seen doing that, but as an ex store manager I also know the expectations to be on meeting calls often. So understand, that with fewer staff she may have to do the two things at once whilst the CAs work deliveries etc... it just isn't appropriate for a customer facing role such as on the till to be talking on phone. However that said, I'd prolly drive passed 3 expresses to go to this one as all the staff are lovely and clearly work very hard and generally as a rule it has what I've come in for.
