Chips were dead, old oil, not crispy enough. Burgers were OK, but I remember them being better. Oh, and overpriced for the quality: should have just gone to McDonald's , would have been better, cheaper and faster. The last fair enough, but to lose on quality.... It was a crazy hot day and there were flies everywhere inside

Unfortunately, our experience as customers was "totally" negative. We ordered our food and waited a long time. My Wife ordered a meal which included a Milk Shake. Here number was called. She was only given the Milk Shake after waiting for all that time. We objected to her not been given the full meal which was expected. The staff member gave a ridiculous explanation for this. The rest of her meal was provided after another long wait. My son and I, ordered a Burger meal with Fries. This was a BIG mistake indeed. The fries resembled what can only be described as something that had been scraped out of a bin where discarded food had been put. So the Fries have the skin on which we were not expecting. However, there were so many of the fries which were clearly cut from bad or rotten potatoes. The visual appearance was seriously off-putting. Also, they provided us with a big bag that was filled with these sickening disgusting looking fries thinking that we would be thrilled. They were very wrong. The Burger was ok, but the fries did not look fit for human consumption in any way. We were expecting normal clean-looking fries. We will NEVER EVER visit this Restaurant again.
