  Extremely disappointing experience at Five Guys Valley Park specially from the shift manager named MIKE. The way delivery riders are spoken to and treated is completely unacceptable. This isn’t just a one-day issue—delivery riders are treated like this on a regular basis. Riders are working hard to deliver orders on time, and they deserve basic courtesy and respect—not rude, dismissive, or disrespectful behaviour. Being busy is never an excuse for treating people badly. Delivery riders are not there to be spoken down to or made to feel unwelcome. A little professionalism and basic human decency would go a long way. Five Guys seriously needs to look at how its staff specially( MIKE ) dealing with delivery riders at this location. Customers and riders alike deserve better than this kind of attitude. Very disappointing and, frankly, unacceptable.

  Very disappointing experience. A Five Guys shift manager, Mike, repeatedly treats Deliveroo drivers disrespectfully. Today (5 Oct, around 3pm), he even showed us the middle finger while in the kitchen area. He also uses Meta glasses and tells drivers he is recording them. We have raised this with management before, but nothing has changed. Delivery drivers deserve basic respect and professionalism.

  Excellent customer service from the host Farjana Akter. Thank you for being so accommodating and helpful. Not sure what’s different with the potatoes but the fries don’t have the same taste anymore. Still a lovely burger joint👍🏻
