    Noisy load and unload every Saturday morning at 7AM. I live in the flat behind and it's the most annoying thing, I can't even sleep peacefully after a busy working week

    Speed of service varies wildly between visits, sometimes takes 20 minutes for a basic order. Order progress tracker is not used, with numbers coming off almost immediately, presumably so stats look better to head office.
