  MOULDY FOOD, before my flight I wanted to buy a few snacks due to extreme airport prices. The food that was mouldy was the waffles, as I opened the packaging I noticed a foul smell almost like plastic. After observing the waffles I split them apart and find spiderweb like mould all over them. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

  I had a really bad experience at this Costcutter and found the staff extremely unprofessional and rude. They clearly do not know what they are doing and seem to lack proper training. I went in to top up my electric meter, but the colleague at the till couldn’t understand what I was asking for. I’m not sure if it was a language barrier, but it was very frustrating. Another staff member stepped in, and I literally explained the exact same thing to him. Instead of helping properly, he responded by saying, “You should explain it this way,” which was very dismissive and unnecessary. I was shocked by the attitude. To make matters worse, when it came time to pay the bill, I was told that bills can only be paid in cash, but items from the shop can be paid by card. This was not explained clearly at all and just wasted even more of my time. Honestly, from the moment I entered the shop, my time was completely wasted. The overall customer service was poor, and the staff badly need proper customer‑handling and communication training. Very disappointing experience, and I won’t be returning.
