  Georgiana was really warm and welcoming upon entry to the store. Jevante made the food remarkably fast and to a great standard - also warm and welcoming upon collection. Really appreciate the friendly environment - need more people in the world like these two!

  Incredible service from the staff... MD, Aman, Dolley, Himel, Chloe all were quick on the order and the food was Classic as usuall! Friends loved it...

  My god they are the expensive for a fast food burger but food is good but not good value for what you pay for I could have come to a restaurant paying the same price and better quality.

  Staff are not the friendliest. The food is basic. The fries were cold and really stingy portions (unusual for five guys). Security quite aggressive with a mother and child, because she holding a Starbucks drink whilst she wanted to get a take out. Very unnecessary
