  I’ve been ordering papa johns for years now and this is by far the worst branch. Every order has a problem. Today’s was undercooked and had more cheese than anything else. Sick of complaining as nothing changes.

  This was, without a doubt, the worst experience I have ever had with Papa John’s. I paid for three large pizzas, yet only two were delivered. As if that wasn’t bad enough, one of the pizzas arrived without any cheese. How an order can leave the store in that condition is beyond me. Thinking it would be a simple mistake that could be resolved with a quick phone call, I contacted the store. Instead, I was met with one of the most disrespectful managers I have ever spoken to. Rather than apologising or taking responsibility, they shouted at me, spoke over me, barked orders at me, and then hung up the phone while I was still trying to explain the issue. It’s not even the missing pizza or the ruined one that upset me the most—it’s the complete lack of respect and professionalism. Customers spend their hard-earned money expecting decent food and basic customer service. I received neither. This experience left me feeling frustrated, ignored, and completely disrespected. I will be thinking twice before ordering from Papa John’s again, and I sincerely hope the company investigates how this manager treats customers, because no one should be spoken to or treated in this way.

  I couldn’t give zero . Only 3 small pieces of chicken on large size pizza and almost 2 olives in total . Extremely crab. Waste of money. Even when you give them feedback they have no good customer service and they say no it was perfect. Never ever come back .

  Had a great pizza from Papa John’s Chingford! It was fresh, cheesy and perfectly baked with a lovely golden crust. The taste was excellent and the quality was impressive. Definitely a place I’d order from again!

  Excellent experience at Papa Johns Chingford! The pizza was fresh, hot, and full of flavour. The ingredients tasted high quality, and the order was prepared quickly. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and provided great customer service from start to finish.
