    This shop smells extremely bad every time it rains. I am unable to go inside once it rains, this seems to be known and accepted to the staff and local shoppers.

    Very disappointing experience. I'm a local customer and returned an item the next day. The refund was processed, but the staff were rude, unfriendly, and didn't smile or show any respect. When I asked for a manager, I was told no manager was available and no one would take responsibility. After giving my refund, the staff seemed angry, which was very unprofessional. Customer service should be much better than this. I hope Tesco improves staff training and customer care.
