  Firstly delighted with their wheelchair accessible entrance and very clean disabled toilet. Kind helpful staff. Bit costly but burgers were delicious.

  Always a great burger and milkshake, which I order regularly. Been to this store over 20 times and never able to fault anything with my meal.

  Utterly unacceptable service – left hungry on my work breakI am incredibly disappointed with my experience at the Chelsea King's Road branch. I paid £9.15 for a Bacon Dog, only to be handed a completely dry, plain sausage inside a piece of bread. The kitchen completely forgot the bacon that I explicitly paid a premium for.To make matters worse, the staff member at the till never bothered to ask me if I wanted any toppings or sauces. As a customer, I shouldn't be expected to just "know" the ordering system when the menu board doesn't clearly state that items come completely bare by default. Paying nearly ten pounds for a dry piece of meat and bread is an absolute rip-off.When I pointed out the mistake, the staff member just said "I'm sorry" and offered to give me pieces of bacon on the side. This was completely useless. They totally ignored the fact that the hot dog was completely dry and missing all sauces. A lazy apology and a handful of side bacon doesn't fix a ruined meal. They should have remade the entire food properly.Because of the kitchen's incompetence and the staff's total lack of basic customer service, I spent my entire lunch break sorting out an error instead of eating. I had to go back to work on a completely empty stomach. While they did eventually issue a refund, I now have to wait 3 working days for my money to return to my account, which does absolutely nothing to fix the fact that my lunch was entirely ruined today.Terrible communication, poor attention to detail in the kitchen, and zero care for a working customer's time. I will not be returning.

  The food and service were honestly spot on! Big shoutout to Genesis for helping my wife and me choose from the menu — her recommendations were perfect. The food came out really quickly, everything was fresh, and the place was spotless. We had a great experience and will definitely be back soon!
