  Ordered from here 1 year ago and they ripped me off. Ordered extra cheese, extra pepperoni, extra ham, extra tomato sauce base which cost me an extra £7 for a large (£24 in total for 1x large pizza. The pizza I received had a few very thin slices of pepperoni, a few very thin slices of ham, no tomato base, and no cheese. So they ripped me off about £12 in total. I thought I would try them again last night to see if they had upped their game and I was disappointed again...exact same thing happened again...was ripped off by £12. So I will never order for them again. I never write reviews but I felt I had to this time to stop this happening to other people. Avoid at all cost. Don't tell me I didn't warn you.

  DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE They put real ham on a vegan pizza!!! And wouldn’t refund us.

  Quick and friendly delivery on Sunday night 👍 though pizzas didn’t taste great and were quite bland which is disappointing

  Never had an issue ordering from Papa John’s before but, granted, it had been a while. Ordered the vegan ham and pineapple and the first hurdle was a phone call saying they had no vegan ham and wondered if I wanted normal ham…no thank you, I don’t eat pork. Then they offered extra pineapple??? I asked for the hot honey sauce which they initially said they didn’t have, but had been accepted as part of a separate order. Eventually, they realised they did have the sauce and would deliver the pizza with the hot honey sauce instead of the vegan ham. The pizza then arrived covered in honey mustard instead of hot honey…the pineapple also tasted rather grim (I should have preempted this). After a call to the branch, they sent out a new pizza via Uber due to the honey mustard mistake (hence giving two stars and not 1). Furthermore, the first pizza had a hair on the pizza and a rogue piece of mushroom, sweetcorn and onion inside the box - not great in terms of cross contamination. The second pizza arrived with a random piece of bell pepper on the pizza - again not great for cross contamination or for those with potential allergies. All in all, will not be ordering from here again.

  Never delivered food. Hung up on me multiple times. Rude and no help at all. Never had food come, talk down to me, lied about the order being on its way. Do not order here.
