  Horrible customer service!!! I will not use again and do not recommend. I placed an order for 4 bottles of still water, 8 bottles of sparkling water, a coke soda and biscuits. The 8 bottles of sparkling water I paid for were not delivered. I contacted the store and the person I spoke with stated that the driver forgot the 8 bottles of water. I asked them to deliver them and he refused, stating that they cannot use more than one delivery driver for each order. I was confused by his response and explained that the error had occurred on their end and by delivering the water they would be rectifying their error and fulfilling the order. He refused. He said no, they would not be sending another driver even though it is only a 5 minute drive!

  Absolutely terrible customer service. The shop is filthy and dangerous when they are shelf filling, boxes being chucked all over, and no consideration for customers. Would mark this so called store, with out of date stock on the shelf a minus on the stars. Terrible!
