Unbelievable! Thank you to all the staff here! Amazing service from the moment we walked through the door, all 12 of us! Attentive and everyone was so bubbly, upbeat and friendly! It’s my mum’s birthday and she had ALOT of allergies. The staff was so patient with everyone and just all round amazing. Big thank you too all the team.

Bland. My wife and I both ordered ramen tonight, one pork and one chicken. The pork itself was nice, but the dish as a whole, and especially the broth, was incredibly bland. My wife couldn't eat hers at all; it tasted of nothing but plain noodles. We didn't ask for anything, but she did let the lady serving us know it was bland and inedible. The service was lovely, and I have nothing against her. She spoke with the chef and came back to say the dish couldn't be taken off the bill (which we hadn't asked for), then offered us a dessert, which we didn't want. Unfortunately, we won't be going back. We hadn't been to Wagamama in years, and the quality seems to have dropped significantly. It's a shame that nothing was proactively done to turn our disappointment around, especially as we ended up having to buy food on the way home from elsewhere.

Visited after a long while and felt it wasn't as good as before. Food tasted average and not so appetising.
