  Poor selection with limited fresh fruit and vegetables. Most of the meats are now in hard to access anti theft boxes - yet there are not enough staff to handle taking these boxes off. Only one member of staff on duty who was clearly over worked. I ended up not buying what I wanted due to the anti theft box issue and the meats that were accessible still had security tags which after paying set off the security alarm. This is a poor customer experience and I will only shop there as a last resort in future.

  On March 27, 2026, the security guard prematurely closed the door six minutes prior to the scheduled closing time. When I attempted to present the official closing time, the guard responded dismissively and unprofessionally, stating a lack of concern.

  The layout is awful, three different sets of checkouts but no clear queuing system meaning people are often getting into arguments with each other and the staff. Sort it out!!
