When I asked somebody filling up the drinks she responded she is not allowed to serve on the til. I saw at least 5 staff this is very poor I don't think I would queue this long again. 6th September 2026 12 noon

They made me wait 25 min just for the order plus they didn’t have any vanilla syrup for ice coffee and still charged me For it . Food was handled poorly too. It was badly managed. They didn’t prioritise the online order yet all and was focusing on walk in customers. Which was very frustrating as the online order is made for skip the queue and less waiting and grab the food and leave. I wouldn’t use it again.

All they worry about a bark from Dog which is waiting such long time for its owner to come out. Then the staff instead of moving faster to serve the customers they are too worried about dog that’s barking outside a small Dachshund!!! But again what a show service. I give this store 0

What happens to your leftover food?
We’ve been donating unsold food for a long time. Originally our bakeries would team up with large charities who would help distribute it to smaller organisations.
This process remains in place, though we’ve also worked hard to increase the amount of unsold food donated by our shops and we currently support a network of 1,077 local good causes.
In 2022, we redistributed 1,800 tonnes of unsold food through our Outlet shops. A share of the profits from the outlets, totalling £450,000, was then donated back into the communities we serve.
