I was treated with arrogance and rudeness by the staff (as shown in the attached photo). Unfortunately, this place does not respect its customers.

He ended up buying a vegan sausage roll, realistically I don’t believe this woman has any iota of professionalism within her, to see this really disgusted me, as I know locals have also had experiences not far from this encounter with this exact women all the time, ignorant people like this make me have no faith in humanity , Greggs please fix this woman .

What happens to your leftover food?
We’ve been donating unsold food for a long time. Originally our bakeries would team up with large charities who would help distribute it to smaller organisations.
This process remains in place, though we’ve also worked hard to increase the amount of unsold food donated by our shops and we currently support a network of 1,077 local good causes.
In 2022, we redistributed 1,800 tonnes of unsold food through our Outlet shops. A share of the profits from the outlets, totalling £450,000, was then donated back into the communities we serve.
