I recently came back to Bromley after several years, and I had an amazing experience at Five Guys. The restaurant was exceptionally clean, and the customer service was outstanding. A special thank you to Farzaneh for being so kind, friendly, and professional. I’d also like to thank the manager, Zsophia, for maintaining such high standards and creating such a welcoming atmosphere. It was a wonderful experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Keep up the great work!

Amazing service here. Best five guys I’ve been to 100%. Friendly and smiling staff, asked how I am. The food was delicious and perfectly cooked and seasoned. Not too greasy which I like. Will come back here more!!

First complaint is that it was really cold inside - I guess they leave the door open for delivery drivers as they were in and out. Never eaten at FG before so wasn’t sure what to expect. I was in the mood for a good burger before I arrived in Bromley and thought I’d go with wherever I found first, other than major fast food chains as wanted something a bit more premium. Decided not to go into restaurant right next door that had a solid vegan burger option on its menu as it was nearly £15 which I thought was overpriced. Paid for my FG order and waited a fairly long time for it to be prepared. Happy with self-serve drink option as machine has good variety of cold soft drinks, although couldn’t fathom how to dispense ice. Meal eventually ready. Served in a bag not a tray. Opened. Bag to find fries all over the bottom of bag - seems they literally just chuck them in. Must be a good portion but can’t they put them in an appropriately sized fries bag/container? The fries container is a soft drinks cup (or shaped like one). Started on burger and struck by how sloppy and hard to eat it was as all the fillings were falling out and making my hands covered in mayo. Thought the burger was lost in all the slop. Eventually discovered that there IS no burger in a vegetable sandwich, just salad fillings and sauce. I guess you could argue that the name gives it away, but in loads of burger or fast food restaurants, the burgers are referred to as sandwiches. Horrendous. I had a similar experience in SE Asia once and put it down to the fact that the restaurant spoke no English, the burger cost less than £1 and they may not have been used to vegetarians. But in London in 2026 you can’t source a plant based patty to put in a meat free “burger” (sorry, sandwich). Why would I go into a burger joint if I didn’t want a burger!!! So a bun full of salad, fries in a bag and a soft drink with no ice cost me almost £18. Scandalous!!! Oh yeah I asked for no cheese and my bun was caked in it but I suppose I got some protein.
