Customer service no longer as good as it used to be. Last sunday I came in to the bromley madon hil.branch to place an order in person. I was at the counter for 10mim no one acknowledge my presence to say "bear with us or we'll be with you shortly etc" they were busy working and chatting at the back. They glanced at me but no acknowledgement. I left to another branch. Today 7th October it was the same even though I'd placed the order before arriving for collection. No one acknowledged me. They kept glancing until I started taking a scan of the customer review QR code then the person who had been glancing approached. What is happening.

The pizza was diabolical. It was like cardboard with cheese placed on top. I was very disappointed b

Picked up 8 pizzas for 6 teen-agers. Scoffed the lot. Very tasty.
