  TOP store , specifically bought some raspberry cone ice creams for my Autistic Grandson who is obsessed with raspberry flavours , it took Uber Eats a while to find a driver and when the driver got there he rang me to say it was closed! I was GUTTED but thankfully did not tell my Grandson of his upcoming surprise as he is DEVASTATED if what i promise him doesn't happen!!! ( huge meltdown trigger ) :-( Anyway the driver phoned back to say a lady CAME TO THE DOOR and gave him our order , SO VERY thankfully!! :-) xx So thank you Co Op bromley Common your staff do a TOP JOB for all their customers , even a HAPPY Autistic young man whose Nan ordered through Uber Eats today and it was worth it to see the SMILE on his face ( ice creams are usually strawberry not his obsession of raspberry only ) so THANK YOU to all involved and the fact they WERE NOT MELTED on arrival which I was super worried about as well , bless you all <3 <3 xxx

  Why do i go back to this co-op!!?? Has to be the worst in bromley, understocked and overpriced ☹️. Planned a lovely dinner for my daughter but didnt have most things in stock or too expensive. For example, pack of two very small organic peppers £2.15. Tiny! Got what i could and gave up. Deffo never again.

  Rob was super helpful today and went out of his way to assisting with an oversized delivery. He didn’t have to help with sorting out the packaging and everything but his helped me wheel the items back home with ease. Above and beyond customer service
