  Filthy disabled toilet on arrival. Poo all over it Before midday. One customer so they was not bussy. Told the two staff about toilet. They couldn't care less . Revolting place.

  Love Burger King, but I always avoid the Bromley branch. Food is ALWAYS COLD, stale, bread always tasted old. Fries always cold. Never a good meal in this place. So much for “have it your way” ! Needs a lot of improvement.

  Only 1 kiosk was working and saw 2 others give up on the kiosks before me so I went to counter where they told me they only do kiosk orders... I was the only customer there... Lazy much.

  This is a shoddy franchise. Ordered Angus meal with chilli bits and water . The chilli bite were cold, the water was home and the burger was dull tasting. The restaurant itself is large on 2 floors and it was a Tuesday lunch and with a few customers and it was midly clean. The were dead flies at the window facing the high street.The service was poor the woman giveibg out the food did not even look up. It is a tired place with poor service and food. Spend your money elsewhere. You have been warned.

  Dear Burger King Customer Services, my name is Diego Rodrigues. I am a delivery driver and also a customer. I would like to make a formal complaint regarding my experience today, 19 September 2026, at the Burger King on High Street, Bromley, around 3:40 PM. I was left waiting approximately seven minutes without anyone asking for my order number, even though staff were available. When someone finally checked, the order was already prepared and just needed packaging. I then politely asked to speak with the manager to raise a simple complaint, but I was told he was busy. Although I was willing to wait, the manager refused to come out and speak with me. This left me waiting while the customer’s order cooled down. I am not complaining simply about the wait. The main issue was the lack of basic customer service and the refusal of management to acknowledge a straightforward complaint. I would appreciate confirmation that this complaint has been formally recorded. Kind regards,
