  Let me just say that this shop is a dream!Need a hairbrush? Get it here. Need a beer?Get it here. Need a jelly sweet that looks like a burger? They’ve got you covered! Staff are amazing and some of the sweets are only 35p!!! Let me tell you, and you probably agree with me that Sainsbury’s won’t do that in a million years 🍊👹🤣 Support your local family run shops, folks !!! You also don’t get nifty kid sized trolleys in Sainsbury’s 😎🏎️🏁 The produce is fresh and the fridge cabinets have doors on them so the food is chilled (and not wasting energy like the open fridges in Sainsbo’s) - not only are they smiley but they care about the planet too 🌍💚 They have a fresh orange juice machine and a chest freezer full of ‘cook’ ready meals. They have a modest sized zero waste produce section, and a plastic recycling machine. Extremely wide selection of Vegan and Vegetarian items. Decent amount of spices available to buy. There’s a slushy machine, you can get plenty of ‘at home’ tests like strep throat etc… which is handy. They do Evri parcel collect and drop off. I don’t what that other guy was saying about one star for this shop!? He must be thinking of somewhere else, because this place is unmistakably ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Great friendly staff and such a good range of products. It is a bit pricey but that’s normal for somewhere with no big supermarkets nearby.

  I used to shop here multiple times a week as I liked the selection but since having unpleasant parcel experiences I won’t be coming again. The staff are dismissive to delivery issues and unwilling to look into things further even if you have proof of location from the carrier. The treatment I received from one woman in particular felt willingly unhelpful and hurtful (she has also been passive aggressive at times at the till). If it’s so much trouble to offer decent customer service, then don’t sign up to be a parcel delivery location.

  It is disappointing to see my review is not the only poor review and it is regarding customer service. I made the mistake of having my parcel delivered to this shop as I would not be home to receive the parcel. Upon visiting the shop to collect my parcel I was greeted with sarcasm by the staff and was not told the truth - they had refused my parcel as they did not have a contract with 'Evri' (formally Hermes). I had to find this out from Evri. Mistakes do happen and I can a cept that but poor manners and utter rudeness is unnecessary and should be avoided. I will not be visiting here any time soon.
