  had such a great experience at Five Guys, especiallly thanks to Rishan! The customer service was amazing - friendly, welcoming and genuinely helpful! Rishan went above and beyond to make sure everything was right!

  Five Guys is always a yummy treat but what made this visit exceptional was the outstanding customer service we received from the lovely chap who served us called CAM. He was unbelievably calm, kind, patient and genuinely generous in the way he treated me and my nephew. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he made the whole experience feel welcoming and enjoyable. In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, CAM absolutely stood out. He's a real credit to Five Guys - easily the BEST customer service I've experienced.... full stop! Thank you, Cam - you made Monday magical! ☆☆☆☆☆
