  Going downhill. Not only have they taken away the 50/50 option, this time our pizza’s seemed to be lacking sauce and that was a bbq base and a tomato base. It doesn’t seem value for money when they scrimp on the sauces & toppings. We’ll be going to another branch instead. I’ve also previously been waiting to collect my order when staff have ignored my presence and dealt with customers coming in after me who they clearly see more often (my order was ready btw!)

  That used to be my favourite dominos brunch. I have been ordering from them on numerous occasions and never had an issue, drivers were always super friendly until now. Even after instructions driver was still buzzing the wrong buzzer and I’ve been told few times there’s something wrong with my intercom - when in reality driver just didn’t have any care to even check flat number. Then he was extremely rude and he took my pizza. The second driver arrived with my pizza being stone cold and when I raised it with the store that I want my money back instead of that they offered me cold food. The complaint team is a joke and I have never had such a bad customer service experience in my life. Although the lady in the store was super nice and she was trying to handle the situation well. I won’t be ordering from there ever again.

  Absolutely fantastic experience at Dominos Bexleyheath! 🍕 The food was fresh, hot, and cooked perfectly. Delivery was super quick and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. You can really tell the team care about quality and customer service. Consistently one of the best Dominos stores I’ve ordered from, highly recommend!
