  I don't know if perhaps they have a new manager, or new bad regiment, or delivery guy is taking the p or what, but for the past month or 2, every delivery has been late by at least an hour with JustEat delivery, sometimes 2 hours. Every. Single. One. Thus I get cold food.

  You need to replace the manager, Mo, and his girls; the evening staff is absolutely terrible—there is no respect for couriers or customers, the wait is always long, the food is always cold, and the whole experience is completely unpleasant.

  I would like to make a formal complaint about the behavior of the manager at Burger King. During my visit, I found the manager’s behavior to be extremely rude and unprofessional. I believe customers should be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of the situation. I would appreciate it if this incident could be investigated and appropriate action taken. Please also let me know how this matter will be followed up. Thank you.
