  Had a burger king Uber delivery this afternoon at 3:30 pm and I'm still sitting in the loo now at 8pm. I don't what they did to my food and what they have me 2x 5.99 special with the drinks and chips but I will never ever order some food from these cowboys ever again. I'm also informing trading standards.

  Cancelled online order at 10pm claiming there was an issue in preparing the order when in reality they couldn’t be bothered. Absolute joke of a place, ordered for 2 people but yet again messed around with delivery even considering how much they charge for basic food is diabolical

  The server is rude she was an old Indian lady I only had cash, so I asked to order at The till I asked the country serve me she said she said no she’s not gonna serve me I asked her why she said she don’t want to and look at me with discuss she was rude and unprofessional i’ve seen multiple complaints. I don’t see why she still has a job there. She’s clearly the problem this Burger King has gone downhill since she’s been working here. She needs to be sacked

  Her name is starting with Tu something but she’s Indian . So rude like if you don’t want to work then maybe quit? Why you want to come in to work and give customers attitude just because you can’t be professional at work? It’s so unfair for people that are hungry and spending on this branch and got a bad service. Deal with your personal problems at home don’t bring no negativity and ruin people day. You are the worse honestly I’ve never experienced something like this she is just so rude and full of attitude.

  I am extremely angry and disappointed with the way I was treated at this Burger King. The manager was incredibly rude, aggressive, and confrontational toward me. Instead of dealing with the situation professionally, he escalated the confrontation, and he pushed me. Being spoken to disrespectfully is bad enough, but being physically pushed by a manager is completely unacceptable. Customers should never have to deal with this kind of aggressive and intimidating behaviour from someone who is supposed to be responsible for the restaurant. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I strongly believe management should investigate this incident seriously and take appropriate action. I left feeling shocked, angry, and completely disrespected. I would absolutely not recommend this location based on my experience.
