  Awful Tesco. The store is often cluttered with unpacked stock, staff can be rude, and the outside area is full of litter. It’s a shame as Park Langley is a nice area.

  I literally can't believe what I've just witnessed at this Tesco. 7.01am 3 members of staff are outside opening the store. I asked will you be opening soon and they just walked in without even replying to me and ignored me when I asked the same question again, which i found to be very rude. Once I entered the store I asked if they are open now and why were you not open at 7.00am. The female member of staff came out of nowhere and started shouting "we cannot always open on time and if you don't like it to go somewhere else". I was completely shocked and confused as she continued to shout and the other 2 male staff started to take her side saying i was rude. She then came again and said " we don't have to listen this just because you are a DAMN customer and you can go elsewhere". I am completely shocked and still in disbelief. The level anger displayed by the female staff member was completely unprofessional and felt very personal. She continued shouting even when she out of sight and kept emphasising that its too early in the morning to be questioned about the store opening times. I have ignored her rude and unprofessional behaviour in the past because i will always try to avoid conflict. In general, I don't like shopping here. I have been followed around the store, when you are making payment at self service someone is always watching over you, once a member of staff run after me telling me I didn't pay for a bag which was my own bag. I have worked in customer service for many years at many different levels, have even been a Tesco employee and I have never been so shocked by the behaviour of the staff. I will be taking this complaint to the highest level as no customer should be shouted at and be called a damn customer just for asking a question. All they had to do was apologise for opening late and that would have been the end of it, but they decided to stick together and continued telling me to leave the store, shouting and making a huge scene. As they have cameras on them it will be all there to see as i am not lying or exaggerating.
