  The burger had been precooked and was not fresh the buns pre toasted nothing was fresh I did and you did absolutely nothing about it This is your responses AT LEAST YOU DID ADMIT IN UOUR SECOND RESPONCE THAT THE FOOD HAD BEEN PRE COOKED WHAT A DISGRACE!!!!!!!!! We do not have facilities to hold food or reheat it. If extra patties are cooked and not sold, the food will be binned. This is also as our burgers are customisable - it would be unlikely that the same burger you ordered would have already been cooked. Please can you confirm what you have seen and what happened during this interaction? Please also confirm the order total and the time that it was refunded.   Tasty burgers and fries with friendly and helpful staff at this particular branch. Atmosphere feels bland, clinical and cold as do most of their restaurants.
