  Generally a good shop, well stocked and clean, but chronically understaffed. The staff members seem to have way too many tasks to take care of for the number of people scheduled and I suspect they get penalised if they fall behind on stocking the shelves, which means you often have to go looking for a staff member if there's a problem with the self check outs. Staff members have always been polite and attentive but distracted when I request help (and they obviously have no say in how many people are scheduled to work each day), but co-op should really stop lean staffing if they want repeat customers. Also the prices vary wildly, a few months ago I went in twice in two days and an item that was £1.25 the first day was £2.75 the next day.

  Security guard constantly eyeing me - standing at the end of the aisle when I was the only one so pretty obvious he'd singled me out. Even after I'd paid(with receipt) he followed me to the exit door. This is non-verbal intimidation & harassment. The guy was Indian with glasses.

  Good but damn the membership does nothing like what on earth u pay £1 every now and then and get like a 5p to 50p discount on some stuff that no one needs! Like who NEEDS and 15p discount on ketchup??? But it is still a very good store I recommend-ish

  if i can give a 0 stars i would i went there today to redeem a cash out voucher of 75£ they scanned it refused to give me money even tho they redeemed the voucher.

  It’s quite average, a decent variety of groceries but prices are high and service is terrible. The self-pay machines don’t work 70% of the time and it takes way too long for a member of staff to scan your items.
