  Security guard constantly eyeing me - standing at the end of the aisle when I was the only one so pretty obvious he'd singled me out. Even after I'd paid(with receipt) he followed me to the exit door. This is non-verbal intimidation & harassment. The guy was Indian with glasses.

  Good but damn the membership does nothing like what on earth u pay £1 every now and then and get like a 5p to 50p discount on some stuff that no one needs! Like who NEEDS and 15p discount on ketchup??? But it is still a very good store I recommend-ish

  The store overall is ok but there are a few problems that i need to discuss. Firstly, there seems to be like maximum 1 or maybe 2 employees working there on an odd occasion. Now it would seem okay seeing as its not a very big grocery shop. BUT one person is always stocking shelves even if there is no one at the tills. This is an issue because the Self Checkout tills always seem to have SOME type of problem that requires the help of a member of staff. When there is no staff members anywhere around this becomes quite problematic and the staff members seem to be quite unhelpful even when asking questions in general. a 5 minute shop turns into a 15 minute one because of poor service

  if i can give a 0 stars i would i went there today to redeem a cash out voucher of 75£ they scanned it refused to give me money even tho they redeemed the voucher.

  It’s quite average, a decent variety of groceries but prices are high and service is terrible. The self-pay machines don’t work 70% of the time and it takes way too long for a member of staff to scan your items.
