  The pricing is very extortionate, you're better off going to the off licence or Lidle down the road. They also usually only have one self service open to pay and will leave you to queue for ages to pay even though they have a service counter, they'd rather ignore you and stock shelves.

  Ankita is super rude. Keeps shouting, asking a question to her seems like a problem and she has no basic human communication skills, let alone customer service skills.

  Recently modernised, for the better. Reduced options for cash payments, be ready to wait for the staff to become available if you want to pay cash.

  Been a local customer since 2013 and since this new management over the last year or so the customer service and the staffs willingness to help has declined rapidly.
