  disgusting service i placed an order on the app and my order was still on even being delivered after an hour and a half i called to see what was happening and i spoke to a lady she said there is no driver and for me to come pick up my order i said there is no way for me to come pick it up and why did it take one and half hour for me to know this and she hung up the phone on me when i tried to call again she did not pick up so i called on another number she picked up and i said could i speak to a manager she said there is no manager i then said to her cancel my order as this is not acceptable she started laughing with her colleague and even when i asked her name she was laughing and said her name is simran which i think is a lie

  Ordered pizza, waited at the delivery time in the hotel lobby. After 40mins, no delivery. When calling the shop they claimed that the pizza was delivered to the reception (clear lie). The lady on the phone claimed that she will talk to her manager. 5 minutes later I called again and she said that her manager agreed that they will send “another” delivery. When I wanted to speak to the manager, I was told the manager has a day off. No pizza, no delivery, no manager, no money back. All ingredients for ruining a business!

  One of the best take out pizza places. There's a Domino's right by but I will always go for Papa John's vs Domino's at any chance I get. Their stuffed crust pizzas and dipping sauces are incredible.

  Turned up at 22:20, and I was asked to order online as they apparently stopped taking direct orders. Seconds later I was told that they're closing and stopped taking orders when the store closes at 23:00. I would be careful about ordering online from them :/

  Ordered a meat feast tomato base and recieved a vile utterly grim bbq base pizza. Waste of £12
