Went to this BK, spent £70 on 4 meals at 1600 on April 3. Bearing in mind they don't close till 1900 they had shut down 75% of all seating and the restaurant was packed with people waiting on food and trying to find seating.
We asked if we could sit at counter seats,we always clean up after ourselves and most of us have worked in fast food restaurants. "No". Not if you could wait a while or we'll try to accommodate you. £70 quid to be told "NO". The seating outside the restaurant was full, this meant a climb upstairs,I need two new knees and hips. This wasn't an option.
The lack of customer service was shocking, my son sat down and a guy was sent out to move him, unsuccessfully, so he said he would stand and watch my son eating and he wouldn't get peace to enjoy his meal. Then they got my order totally wrong, not even near correct.
It was now the "manageress" barking at me and a rather unkempt male manager standing over my son eating. They threatened us with security, call them I said. I cancelled my order as there was no chance I was eating from them now, my food might have been tampered with by now, the male threatened security again. All we wanted to do was sit and eat. Zero Customer service. No training by the looks of it. So security came and they obviously thought they were coming to a teenage riot, 4 guys who all ended up agreeing with us that it was ridiculous. 3 hours still to serve food and most of the restaurant shut down. Security ended up shaking our hands and laughing with us.An absolute embarrassment of a restaurant, untrained, dirty looking staff, hair down, no hair nets, zero training, never, ever eat here. Wrong order, harassment, don't like their jobs, an embarrassment to whatever Burger King franchise owner has this .
